The location was good as near to the harbour as you need to get, an easy walk to a boat dock. The staff were supper friendly, thanks to them everything was nice.

The place was spotlessly clean with a pleasant and welcoming staff. Had fashionable room complete with a balcony. The location was very central, right by the cable car and castle. We tried some restaurants, including Zorbas Greek Restaurant which boasted a delicious cuisine.

We really enjoyed the location right by the harbour and the main ferry point, a romantic getaway in Malcesine and restaurants/shops/bars, it was very central. We had goodies and coffee at Bar al Porto, it was located close to the venue.

Lively and overall clean place to stay in, it has very helpful and top-class staff at the reception desk. The location is absolutely perfect and excellent, specially if you want to stay close to restaurants and bars. The bus stop is 15 minutes' walk away. This is a hotel go-to for Malcesine!

The place was exceptionally clean, I booked the deluxe queen room with lake views, everything was nice. Everyone from the staff was superbly friendly. There were a writing table, a balcony, and a safe in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The location was very central, excellent on buses or taxis. The meals in an outdoor restaurant were OUTSTANDING. This was my enjoyable stay on vacation.
